Novated Compare is owned and operated by The Trustee for Frederiksberg Family Trust. It is not owned by any provider it lists. Some providers shown, including CarBon and Novated Self Serve, are related parties of the owner, and are marked as such wherever they appear. This makes no difference to how they are treated: they are calculated, shown and ordered by the identical published method, they receive no preferential placement, and no provider pays for placement or can change its figure.
Novated Compare shows providers for which we have received a readable customer quote. It is not a whole-of-market comparison, and not every provider or every product from a provider is included. Coverage grows and changes as new quotes come in, so a provider may appear, move or be added over time. Figures reflect the quotes we have measured to date and may not match a provider’s current pricing.
Effective interest rates are calculated using a standardised reducing-balance methodology, validated against real quotes from multiple Australian providers. Figures are extracted from your uploaded document using AI, which can occasionally misread or misinterpret a document. Always verify figures against your actual quote and lender disclosure documents before making a decision. Calculated rates may differ from a provider’s own stated rate due to different calculation conventions,where we know the reason for such a difference, we explain it in your results.
The AI adviser answers based on general knowledge and the benchmark data we have validated. It is designed to say “I don’t have enough data” rather than guess, but no AI system is infallible. Do not rely solely on the adviser’s responses for decisions with significant financial consequences.
Employer panel information is sourced from a mix of confirmed documentation and unverified user submissions, clearly labelled as such. Always confirm directly with your employer’s HR or payroll team before assuming a provider is approved for your workplace.
